Mr. Daniel J. Albert
Mr. Daniel J. Albert is a founding partner of the esteemed firm – Messrs Daniel & Wong. He completed his BPTC at Lincoln’s Inn and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2008. He currently heads the firm’s dispute resolution team.
Daniel’s practice includes an extensive range of commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis in corporate and shareholder disputes, fraud and insolvency. He has acted in a variety of complex and high value shareholder and partnership disputes, derivative actions and oppression petitions. In 2017, he was a finalists in the 'Young Lawyer of the Year' category for the Asian Legal Business Malaysian Awards.
Ms. Nicole Leong
As a LL.B graduate of University of Malaya (UM), Ms Nicole Leong was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009. With the main practice of Competition Law, Ms Nicole is both a regulatory compliance and corporate lawyer who also practices in areas of law rarely called upon given their niche application such as renewable energy and medical devices.
Other than being involved in market sharing and abuse of dominance decisions by the Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC). She has also conducted Competition Law Compliance Training seminars for well-established clients such as AirAsia Berhad, PT Lion Mentari Group and Mitsubishi Electric.
